This agreement serves as a comprehensive guide to the Austin Korean Association's Membership pricing and the terms and conditions for its Digital Marketing services. It details the various tiered business listings available, along with optional upgrades and additional services. Your selection of a service tier and submission of the form signifies your acceptance of these outlined terms.

I. Service Levels and Pricing

Please select your desired service tier. All payments are due quarterly and prior to the start of said quarter. Prices are subject to change.

Description of Services | "Block" = Set/Grouping of site content

• Biz 1 Pro: $100 setup / $90 per month. Includes a dedicated custom landing page (4-5 blocks) without third-party ads for maximum focus, and a priority listing in Establishments Category tab with a direct click-through to client’s landing page.
• Biz 1 Standard: $50 setup / $70 per month. Includes a dedicated standard landing page (4-5 blocks) without third-party ads for maximum focus, and a priority listing in Establishments Category tab with a direct click-through to client’s landing page.
• Biz 2: $50 setup / $50 per month. Includes a dedicated 4-block landing page with third-party ads on the bottom of the page, and a preferred listing in Establishments Category tab with a direct click-through to client’s landing page.
• Biz 3: $35 setup / $25 per month. Includes a 2-block landing page with third-party ads on the bottom of the page, and a business listing in Establishments Category tab with a direct click-through to client’s landing page.
• Biz 4: $25 setup / $15 per month. Includes a basic business landing page (single block) with third-party ads on the bottom of the page, and a business listing in Establishments Category tab with a direct click-through to client’s landing page.
• Biz 5: Free with registration. Includes a basic business listing in the Establishments Categories tab.

What are the Tier pages?

• Tier 1 – Main pages (e.g., Homepage, Establishments, Discourse, Headlines)
• Tier 2 – Secondary pages (e.g., About Us & other AKA pages, Headlines articles, Discourse posts)
• Tier 3 – Business pages (e.g., Biz 2-4 Business landing pages—placement in non-competing categories)

à la carte Service (Billed separately):

• Photoshop edits: $25 per image
• Landing page edits:
• Additional content edits: $10 per edit
• Additional stock photos: $20 each (up-to 2) —one-time cost
• Additional client-provided photos: $10 each (up-to 2) —one-time cost

II. Terms and Conditions

Please read and confirm your understanding and agreement to the following terms:

1. Service Commitment: We commit to providing services as outlined for the selected tier and any chosen upgrades. All payments are due quarterly and must be remitted prior to the commencement of each quarter.
2. Client Responsibilities and Edits: The client is responsible for providing essential business information, including photographs and/or graphics, at the highest possible resolution. Should the client desire, we can provide enhanced copy. The service package includes one to two content edits per month. Graphic edits or additional content edits are available as an à la carte service.
3. Content and Intellectual Property: The client affirms their legal right to utilize all content, including text, logos, and images, furnished to us for their listing and marketing campaigns.
4. Liability: We disclaim responsibility for any business losses or damages incurred as a result of our services. Our services are provided "as is," and we offer no guarantees regarding business success or specific outcomes.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
7. Data Protection: We will handle all client data in accordance with our privacy policy. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
