Compensation: OTE $150,000 - $200,000 (Base + Commission)

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in a "hunter" role. This position is focused on selling our highly engineered products, customized components, and advanced pipe spool solutions into mission-critical tech environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong account ownership and the ability to navigate complex capital projects with long procurement cycles. Because of our deep integration and expanding footprint with international partners, professional fluency in Korean is a strict requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and execute sales strategies for high-purity materials, fabricated components, and specialized pipe spool solutions within the data center and semiconductor markets.
- Pipeline Management: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms, general contractors, mechanical contractors, and industrial end-users.
- Early-Stage Influence: Track upcoming infrastructure builds and fab expansions early in the design cycle to influence engineering and procurement specifications.
- Deal Execution: Lead customized pricing strategies, high-value proposal developments, and contract negotiations for project-based opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal estimating, design, fabrication, and operations teams to guarantee flawless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- CRM & Market Tracking: Maintain a rigorous, accurate pipeline forecast and log all customer activities using Pipedrive.
- Industry Representation: Represent Pure Plastics & Metals at crucial client meetings, active job sites, and premier industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Language: Must speak, read, and write fluently in Korean.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience selling materials, high-purity components, or fabricated products.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial construction, manufacturing, data center builds, or the semiconductor fabrication sector.
- Sales Track Record: Documented success navigating long lead times and closing complex, high-value, project-based capital sales.
- Network: Established experience selling directly to EPCs, mechanical contractors, and industrial facility owners.
- Business Acumen: Elite pricing, contract management, and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a complex geographic territory and diverse priorities independently.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of technical construction schedules, project procurement workflows, and modern CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive).
