📍 Position Overview
- Role: Shipping Coordinator

- Location: Onsite inside the Samsung Facility in Taylor, TX (Note: 100% onsite, no remote work allowed)
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is strictly unavailable for this position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Liaison: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and liaison between Samsung and CINOS America.
- Logistics Tracking: Work closely with customer teams to manage shipping dispatch priorities.
- Communication: Coordinate ongoing, time-sensitive communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Korean and English is required (strong written and verbal communication in both languages).
- Experience: Background in customer service is a plus, but not required. Open to recent college graduates or individuals early in their professional career who are eager to learn.
