Telica (telica.co.kr), a leading Korean technology company, is launching its cutting-edge Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) products in the US market and is seeking partners among select Korean-owned businesses in Austin, Texas, to participate in a free product installation and pilot project.

This is a fantastic, free opportunity to modernize your store and streamline price management!

Project Details:

We will install the Electronic Shelf Labels in your store completely free of charge. In return, we ask that you review the installation process, test the product's functionality in a real-world environment, and provide feedback for product improvement before our official US launch.

Store Eligibility Requirements:

To ensure a smooth pilot program, candidate stores must meet the following criteria.

  • POS System: Stores currently using Square POS, Shopify POS, or Loyverse POS.
  • (TELICA's ESL system automatically links with the POS, and price changes in the POS are automatically reflected in the Price Tag prices.)
  • Size: Small-scale location, ideally one that would use approximately 100 electronic price tags. To avoid excessive costs for the pilot, the store should have 300 or fewer product SKUs.
  • Store Type: We are looking for various indoor store types, though other types are also acceptable:
  • Coffee Shops
  • Bakeries
  • Gift Shops
  • Pharmacies
  • Grocery Stores (Small-scale)
  • Stationery Stores
  • Bookstores
  • Location Type: Must be an indoor location.
  • Internet Speed: One available internet port is required in the store (for wireless gateway connection).
  • Owner Competency: The owner must be familiar with operating the POS.
  • Installation: Electronic price tags must be attached directly to the desired location using rails, double-sided tape, etc. (Difficulty: Low - simple attachment).
  • Product Suitability: The store must require frequent price changes and ideally have a unique product lineup that does not overlap with existing pilot stores.

Application Method (Initial Candidate Information):

If you are interested and meet the requirements, please submit the following preliminary information for review:

  1. Store Details:
  • Store name and size, business type, and the number of Price Tags required.
  • Your POS model name, ID, and a photo of the POS installed in the store.
  • Internet Service Provider and current internet speed (Mbps).
  1. Store Photos (The more, the better for document review):
  • Interior photos of the store.
  • Product display shelf photos. (At least 20 photos from various angles).
  • Ceiling photos (for wireless gateway attachment review).
  • Photo of where the internet cable enters the store.
  • Photo of the back of the internet router in the store (showing cable connections).
  • Photo of the power supply unit where the POS is installed (including the back showing cable connections).
  • Photo of the Ethernet or Wi-Fi router installation (including the back showing cable connections).

We plan to review the submitted information and select a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 final candidate stores.

We look forward to partnering with your company on this exciting launch!
